 What are the shipping times?
Shipping times are always indicated in advance when a product is added to the cart and may vary based on various factors. On average, the overall order processing times, from receipt of payment to packaging and delivery to your home, are between 2 and 5 working days.

How much are the delivery costs?
Deliveries throughout the Italian territory, including the islands, are free, for orders under €29 including VAT you pay €6.99 up to 1kg and €9.99 up to 3Kg. By proceeding with the order from the site you will be able to view the cost of shipping before final confirmation. It is also possible to simulate the order before registering on the site by inserting the desired products into the cart and viewing the total cost of the products and the detail of the shipping cost in real time.

Can I specify a destination address other than the billing address?
Yes, both during the registration and purchase phases it is possible to enter a shipping address different from the billing address.

Which courier do you ship with?
LogicaShop™ allows its customers to choose from the most important national couriers when registering the order. When the warehouse delivers the order to the courier, LogicaShop™ sends the customer an email containing the tracking code which allows you to monitor the status of the shipment and therefore predict its delivery.

What should I do if my shipment is not delivered and is stored at one of the courier's branches?
In the event that the shipment enters storage at the competent logistics base in your area, it will be sufficient to request an authorization to collect it in the warehouse by email from info@logicashop.it, indicating the order number and the relevant branch. An identity document will be required at the time of collection.

Does the courier deliver on Saturday?
No. Delivery takes place every non-holiday day from Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, LogicaShop™ delivers both nationally and to all European Union countries.

How does payment via advance bank transfer work?
Payment by advance bank transfer consists of making a bank transfer. The bank details are indicated on the order confirmation email and available on the site by following the path "Payments and Shipping" -> "Payment Methods". The reason for the transfer must include the order identification number issued in the purchase confirmation email.

Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, for any amount of spending. There are no additional commissions by selecting payment via PayPal.

 Can I pay by cash on delivery?

No, but we accept some of the most secure advanced online payment systems, including Google-Pay, Amazon-Pay, Visa and Mastercard cards and debit cards, Stripe system, bank transfer and Paypal.

When a voucher is issued as a refund, how can I apply it to the next order?
To apply a voucher, simply register a new order without making any payment and contact the operators who will apply the voucher and inform you of any differences to be paid.

Can I add new products to a paid order already in progress?
Yes, simply contact our support service and request integration. We will confirm the difference to be paid.

Do the prices already include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on the website www.LogicaShop.it include VAT.

Is there insurance to protect the customer in the event of missing items or damage?
To protect the consumer, article 63 of the current Consumer Code provides that the risks for loss or damage to the shipment are transferred to the consumer from the moment the latter physically takes possession of the goods. It is therefore advisable for the consumer customer to check, in his interest, the actual coincidence of the number of packages with that indicated on the delivery note, the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the tape bearing the guarantee seal. In the event of missing or damaged items, the customer must promptly report the fact to the courier using the following method: before signing the receipt, they must write the words "damaged package" on the delivery note or, in the case of an electronic signature, ask the operator to select "collection of goods subject to inspection" specifying the reason for the reservation. Alternatively, the customer will have to refuse the goods to the courier. Both in the case of acceptance with reservation and in the case of refusal of the package, the customer must inform, promptly and in any case within the maximum recommended period of 48 hours from receipt or refusal of the package, the LogicaShop™ after-sales service in order to to allow us to intervene on the courier. Shipments to customers who qualify as "Professionals" are regulated by the civil code, also referred to on the site. In any case, any doubts can be resolved by contacting our operators for further information.

How can I use the guarantee?
Each product sold is subject to a 24-month legal guarantee, reduced to 12 if the purchase is made by VAT holders. If you wish to make use of the warranty within the first year of purchase, simply go to an authorized center of the manufacturer and show the receipt or invoice. In the following 12 months you will need to contact your dealer instead.


How can I become your supplier?
If you are interested in publishing your products on our platforms, we invite you to write to info@logicashop.it indicating your company name, marketed categories, brands of products handled, commercial contact and reference market. How can I check the progress of my order?
We will send you emails to report each step to a subsequent phase of your purchase: from opening the order to starting the shipment. You will also be able to view the progress by logging in to the LogicaShop™ website and accessing the "Your orders" page.

Do you issue an invoice and where can I find it on the site?
Yes, we issue a regular invoice. It will be present and downloadable from the "Your documents" section within your "personal area" as soon as the order is shipped. If necessary, you can also request an invoice based on the tax code.
